- Juice room temp lemons. 6-7 lemons should give you 3/4 cup.
- Mix yolks & condensed milk in a medium bowl with an electric mixer for 2-3 minutes or until mixture lightens up.

- Bake on center rack of oven - 22 to 25 minutes- or until it is set.
