  7. Take 1 tbsp corn flour
  8. Make ready 1 tsp oregano/mixed herbs

  11. Prepare 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese
  12. Make ready 2 tbsp Maida
  13. Make ready Breadcrumbs as required

Roll it in-between your palms to form a ball. Repeat the same process with the remaining mixture. Dip in rice flour or corn flour mixture. Breadcrumbs coated aloo poha balls ready.

  1. Take a big bowl. Mix poha,small boiled potato, garlic chopped, red chilli flakes,pepper powder,salt,corn flour, oregano/mixed herbs, capcicum,onion chopped (optional). Mix all nicely. Keep this in fridge for 30 mins.
  2. Make small balls putting mozerella cheese cubes in the center of each.
  3. Coat each ball in maida slurry and roll it on breadcrumbs nicely.
  4. Then deep fry these balls on med flame. Tasty and crispy balls ready to serve with any type of sauce.

Dip in rice flour or corn flour mixture. Breadcrumbs coated aloo poha balls ready. Heat oil in a pan, drop prepared balls in oil. Deep fry till crisp & golden brown. Now its ready, remove it from oil.
