  1. First mash the potatoes then add chopped capsicum, boiled corn, chilli flakes, oregano, salt, black pepper powder.
  2. Add bread crumbs in the potato mixture.
  3. Mix it well.
  4. Make the balls then dip in maida slurry which we made using 1 tspn water & 2 tspn maida.
  5. Then coat it with bread crumbs nicely.
  6. Keep the balls in the refrigerator for 1 hrs.
  7. Then deep fry in the oil at low to medium flame..remove it in tissue paper.
  8. Serve it with chutney, ketchup.
