  3. Mix well with hand till the meat smooth and soft.
  4. Put Shaomai sheet on your thumb and first finger. Then press pork mixture on it and make shape.
  5. Steam in pressure cooker for 5 minutes after boiling.
  6. Eat with soy sauce, Japanese mustered, vinegar to taste.
