- Get 3-4 tbsp butter
- Make ready 2-3 tsp fresh cream
- Prepare 1 tablespoon chopped coriander, to garnish

Steps to make Chicken Murg makhani:
- Mix all ingredients for marination to make a paste, marinated for 2-3 hrs.
- Heat in a frypan and add some butter,heat butter and add onion, garlic,ginger,tomato,kaju,magaz seeds or green cardamom fry for some time.add 1 cup of water and boil or cook on medium flame.
- Let it dry and cool then make a fine paste.
- Heat butter in a pan and add marinated chicken to it.
- Cook till the chicken is tender.
- In a saucepan heat butter and add kasmiri redchili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder fry for some time.add all ingredients paste stir constantly,
- Add haldi,salt, fresh cream mixing and stir well.medium flem fill the puree thickness.
- Add 1 cup water stir for some time
- Add the chicken let it simmer for 15 to 17 minutes.
