  1. Prepare the ingredients. Rinse and hull the strawberries.
  2. Soak the gelatin powder in milk. Soak for 4~5 minutes. Dissolve in a double boiler or microwave for 30~40 seconds.

  4. Put a plastic bag on your hand and mash the washed strawberries.

  8. Then pour the mixture into a 18cm ring pan. Chill in the refrigerator until the jelly mold has set, it's done!! Decorate the jelly with whipped cream and strawberries.
  9. If you pour the jelly mixture into cups, they make a nice gift! You can make 9 90ml cups worth!
