It has to come up immediately without browning. Sooji corn balls is a quick and easy snack which every one like and the ingredients are easily available at home. I have added corn and capsicum but you can add peas,cabbage or blanched beans into it. addition of cheese is optional you can add or skip it as your preference. Instructions to make Sooji cheese balls:
  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan add rai then add all vegetable and saute for 2 minute.
  2. Then, add suji and saute for 3-4 mins.
  3. Now add salt, black paper and red chilli powder and mix well.
  4. Now add 2cup water and mix well
  5. Cook them well, be quick enough to stir. the sooji will begin to absorb the water and swell.
  6. Keep on stirring often till the whole mixture starts thickening and starts to leave the edge of the kadai or pan.
  7. Now off the gas and mix lemon juice
  8. When mixture cool, take a small quantity of the mixture, shape it into a ball then press between your plams
  9. Place little grated cheese then shape it into a ball. Or which shape you like..
  10. Now take a bowl add maida and water make thick mixture
  11. And take a plate add breadcum and chilli flakes mix well
  12. Now take a ball dip into maida mixture now coat with breadcum
  13. Now deep fry the balls..
  14. Suji cheese balls ready..serve hot
