  3. Take a Chinese woke or any other kadhai put some oil in it and add red whole chilli in it.
  4. As soon as it crackles add chopped ginger and garlic and saute.
  5. Add chopped onions to the woke and cook well. As soon as they turn translucent add chopped green chillies & capsicum to it and cook well.
  6. Now as soon as all veggies get cooked add vegetable stock to the mixture and let a boil come.
  7. As soon as a boil come add soya sauce, vinegar, tomato ketchup & schezwan sauce to it. Mix and cook well.
  8. Put fried cheese balls to the sauce and let it absorb the flavour of sauce.
  9. Do the required seasoning and serve hot garnished with spring onion or coriander leave.

Form the the mixture into a ball and place on a plate covered with wax paper. When all cheese balls are done, roll them through flour. Mix egg with water and beat well. In a large bowl, combine cheeses. To serve, if desired, press a rye crisp or rolled corn chip into the top of each cheese ball.
