  1. Boil ur potoes and mash well.
  2. Take pan add oil white zeera kary patta and g.g paste on medium flame
  3. Add mashed potatoes and all dry spices and mix well
  4. Add green chilli and coreinder leaves and mix well
  5. Cut green chillies and remove their seeds from center
  6. Fill with potatoes mixture
  7. Make a mixture of gramfloor with adding soda salt and haldi.mix well and remove their pulps
  8. Take a filled chilli in dip in mixture coat well and fry
  9. Serve with chutney and enjoy bhuija in chillies
