  1. Prepare For the Potato Masala;
  2. Prepare 2 tsp Oil

  6. Make ready 2 tsp Garlic Chopped
  7. Prepare 2 tsp Ginger (chopped)

  10. Prepare 3 cups Potatoes (boiled/mashed)
  11. Take to taste Salt
  12. Get 2 tsp Coriander (chopped)

  14. Prepare 2 cups Besan
  15. Get 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  16. Take 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  17. Take Salt to taste and Water as required
  18. Take Other ingredients;
  19. Prepare 4 slices bread
  20. Get For making Garlic/Vadapav chutney;
  21. Get 3-4 Garlic cloves
  22. Take 1/4 cup grated dried coconut
  23. Take 1/4 cup chilli powder
  24. Prepare Salt to taste salt
  25. Prepare For making Green Chutney;
  26. Prepare 1 cup Mint Leaves (Chopped)
  27. Prepare 1/2 cup Coriander leaves
  28. Prepare 1 Green chilli (chopped)
  29. Prepare 1/2 Lemon (juiced)
  30. Get Pinch Black/Regular salt

Vada Pav is the most famous Mumbai roadside snack. The vada is made of a potato If you wish you can make them at home, check out our recipe for whole wheat laadi pav. This is how the Vada Pav looks inside the parcel. You will always get the Vada Pav hot.

Steps to make Inside out Vadapav:
  1. In a pan, het oil & add the mustard seeds, curry leaves once it's get cooked, add the garlic, ginger & hing, cook for 2 mins
  2. Now add the turmeric, & potatoes, season with salt & combine the masala with the potatoes
  3. Before removing, add chopped coriander & mix well
  4. Take the slice bread & cut off the corners, now cut them into small squares
  5. On one side of the bread add green chutney & vada pav chutney & top with another piece of bread crating small sandwiches
  6. Pan fry these sandwiches till golden brown in a pan - Wrap these sandwiches with the potato mixture. - Dip them in besan batter & deep fry in oil
  7. Fry for 2-3 mins on medium heat till the crust becomes crispy - Cut in halves & serve hot.
