  1. Heat oil and saute veggies till a little soft. Take out in a dish and keep aside. - -In the same oil, add ginger garlic paste, saute till fragrant. Turn on the flame to high then add chicken and cook till it changes colour. - -Add all the spices and sauces in a bowl and mix well. Add this mix to the chicken, adjust salt and cook till the water dries out and oil is seen.
