- For making pakoras add grm flour and all the ingredients except fenugreek leaves and make a batter. Beat it thorougly. Now add fenugreek leaves and mix.
- Heat oil in a karahi and put batter with a spoon and make pakodas. Fry till golden brown colour.
- Now add these pakodas in kadhi batter and cook for 5 minutes till pakodas become soft. Swith off the flame.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and garam masala.
- In a separate pan heat 2 bowls of water and add 1 bowl of washed and soaked rice and cook on low flame till water is absorbed. Boiled rice is ready.
- Serve hot with kadhi
