Shallow fry tofu cubes in a little bit of oil in a nonstick pan and when it becomes golden in color keep aside..You can put then in ice water and strain them to remove excess oil..add a pinch of mustard,fennel and dried chili and curry leaves in 1 tbsp oil and when they crackle add grated onions,chilly and ginger garlic and saute till golden brown..add finely chopped tomatoes and simmer the flame and finally add salt, chilly powder,turmeric powder and other  powders..last but not the least a…
