  5. Make besan batter in a mixing bowl by taking besan, baking soda, salt and water(as required) (mix the water in small quantities). The batter should not be too flowy or too thick.
  6. Heat oil for frying in a kadai. - Meanwhile take a small ball made out of dough and place it on the plastic sheet. Now fold the plastic sheet in such a way that the dough ball is in between the plastic sheet.
  7. Press the ball with your palm to make it flat. And now slowly take it out.
  8. Dip it in the besan batter and coat it well with the batter.
  9. Now gently slid or place the batter coated aloor chop in the hot oil. - Fry the aloor chops on medium-low flame.
  10. Let both the sides to get golden brown (may take 7-8 mins) then remove them with a slotted spoon. This way fry the remaining aloor chops.
  11. Serve aloor chop with moori/ garam garam cha/ sliced onion.
