The spice mix is a combination of cumin, coriander, cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, fennel, mace, and dried chilis. Place meatballs on a greased rack in a shallow baking pan. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.

Steps to make Garam masala meatballs:
  1. Mix all ingredients together and make 1 1/4" balls. It should make around 20 meatballs, more if you make them smaller.
  2. Spray a baking sheet with some oil or cooking spray and display the meatballs on it.
  3. Cook in preheated oven at 350° for 20 minutes. You can broil them for a couple of minutes if you don't find them golden and crispy enough after 20 minutes of cooking.
