  4. Brush with water over parantha and flip it on hot tawa. Gently press the parantha Cook it on medium flame.
  5. Now after a minute, flip the tawa upside down and cook parantha directly on flame till it turn golden brown and puffs up.
  6. Gently scrape the parantha with knife from bottom and remove from tawa. Brush some butter/ghee.
  7. Serve hot with curd & pickle.
