  12. Prepare 1 tsp Garam masala
  13. Get 4 tbsp Oil
  14. Take 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  15. Get 5-6 curry patta/leaves
  16. Take 1 tbsp Coriander
  17. Prepare 1 Green chilli
  18. Get 1tsp Sesame seeds
Steps to make Roti Dhokla:
  1. For stuffing:-Boil peel and grate potatoes. Heat oil in a pan add red chilli powder salt Dry mango powder turmeric powder and chaat masala chopped coriander. Saute in oil, Now add grated potatoes.and chopped coriander Mix properly. Let it cool.
  2. Now make a batter from besan add wheat flour red chilli powder turmeric powder garam masala salt and black salt mix and make smooth batter.
  3. Now take one roti spread potato mixture and roll. Deep and coat with batter and steam in steamer for 10-12min.
  4. Remove from steamer let it cool for 2-3mins. And cut into pieces.
  5. Now take a pan heat oil add mustard seeds and temperedasofoetida green chopped chilli sesseme seeds and curry patta. Turn of flame and pour on dhokla. Sprinkle chaat masala chopped coriander serve.
  6. Tasty yet innovative left over dhokla is ready to serve.
  7. Here I make over roti dhokla chaat also. Take sweet curd in a plate put roti roll pour jaggery tamarind chutney tomato chutney pomegranate seeds sprinkle chaat masala black salt and red chilli powder and potato sev. Innovative and awesome taste.
