Everything but herbs, olive oil, lemon juice & seasoning. In a large pot, half fill with water, add salt and vinegar and bring to the boil. To serve, spread equal amounts of the chickpea salad on the toasted bread slices, then top with poached eggs. Sprinkle a little smoked paprika on each egg.

  2. Prep Gremolata and set aside.
