  5. During cooking, brush with marinade occasionally. I just emptied it into a bowl and used a silicone brush. Final brushing of marinade must have a moment to cook. Do not brush on and then remove from heat.
  6. During cooking, use a spray bottle filled with water to extinguish any flame flare ups. You do not want to get chare on the meat.
