  3. Take pre heated pan, add oil. When oil is hot put tikki on tawa and - cook it from both sides for 2 minutes each on medium flame till gets golden brown. Dal tikki is ready. Transfer it on plate. Serve it with any chutney and sauce.Enjoy…!
  4. Note – I have used arhar yellow dal. You may use any left over yellow dal.
