  2. Add pinch of salt & few drops of oil. Mix.
  3. Add noodles & cook at medium-high flame till noodles are 60% cooked.
  4. (4) Take noodles out of water & run them under normal water once. * This step stops the cooking process.
  5. (5) Sprinkle few drops of oil over noodles. Toss once & keep them aside
  6. Heat oil in a broad pan. Add garlic & saute for few seconds at high flame.
  7. At onion, green chilli & ginger. Saute for 2-3 minutes. Keep the flame high.
  8. Add cabbage, capsicum & carrot. Saute at high flame for another 2-3 minutes.
  9. Add soya sauce, red chilli sauce, salt, vinegar & tomato sauce.
  10. Turn the flame medium & toss or mix using folks.
  11. Serve hot!
