  7. Take 1 tsp chat masala

Steps to make Leftover chapati sev:
  1. Take a pan and keep it on high flame.
  2. Once the pan is heated place the chapati.
  3. Press with kitchen napkin and make the chapati hard.
  4. Flip the chapati and do similarly other side too.
  5. Make sure don't burn the chapati.
  6. The chapati has become very hard, Now place it on napkin.
  7. Keep it aside to cool down.
  8. After few minutes chapatis are cooled down. Crush it and place in mixer jar.
  9. Grind it to very fine powder.
  10. Take a bowl sieve the chapati powder.
  11. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, carrom seed powder, chat masala, dry mango powder and mix it properly.
  12. In another bowl add boiled potatoes and mash it well.
  13. Now add the mixed chapati powder in the mashed boiled potatoes.
  14. Knead it properly.
  15. Make the dough shining. Don't make dough soft. So the dough is ready.
  16. Grease the sev mould with big holes plate.
  17. Now take a big portion and roll it in cylindrical shape. Add into sev machine.
  18. In a wok add oil heat it up.
  19. Now rolling the machine and fry the sev in oil.
  20. Fry it for 4 - 5 minutes on medium flame.
  21. After 4 minutes sev has turned brownish and become hard.
  22. Remove it on napkin.
  23. Let it cool down. Fill in a jar and enjoy with tea or coffee.
