  1. Cut roti in small triangle shape pieces. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the roti pieces till crispy and golden brown.

  4. Add red chilli, turmeric powder, green chutney, besan and salt cook the gravy for about 10-15 min on medium flame ragda is ready.
  5. Now prepare masala puri,crush the fried roti pieces and place it in a plate pour the hot ragda over it.
  6. Drizzle imli chutney and curd over it sprinkle chopped onions, tomatoes and chaat masala.
  7. Top it with freshly chopped coriander leaves and sev.
  8. Serve immediately.
