  3. Let the chicken rest in the fridge for about 3-4 hours.
  4. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  5. In a baking pan, put your chicken and the butter and cover with aluminum foil. Poke some holes in the aluminum foil. And put in the oven.
  6. Turn your chicken after 15-20 minutes. Ready when internal temperature is 175°.
  7. Can uncover and broil for a nice color.
