  10. Make ready Tomato sauce (homemade or store bought)
  11. Take Olive Oil
  12. Prepare Salt

Brush the top of the pie with the remaining butter/oil mixture. Score the top of the pie into portions (don't cut right through).   6. Add in the Pasta mix.
  7. Continue by placing and folding inwards the rest of the 5 pieces of Phyllo dough and oil brush. (You can use as many pieces of dough as you like)
