  43. Get 1 teaspoon Lemon juice

  45. Get 2 cup curd

  47. Prepare 2 mango (chopped in small pieces)
  48. Take 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
  49. Get as needed Pudina chutney
  50. Get 2 cup pudina
  51. Get 1 cup coriander leaves
  52. Prepare 1 raw mango
  53. Prepare 2 green chilli
  54. Take to taste Salt
  55. Prepare 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  56. Prepare 1/4 teaspoon hing
  57. Take 2-3 teaspoon sugar
  58. Get 1 teaspoon mango powder (as needed)
  59. Make ready to taste Salt
  60. Take 1/2 teaspoon black salt

We had a great time researching (i.e. binge watching), cooking and eating absolutely yummy food. The Kadai Paneer, Amritsari Choley and Chicken Curry will definitely be new go to staples in our home. Also had to work out for the entire week after eating all that rich food. Today's thali has a special focus on Punjabi Thali and I have tried to keep the recipes true to the way they cook.

Steps to make Punjabi thali:
  1. Bhature-take bowl add maida,sugar,salt,baking soda oil curd mix proper,knead a smooth dough with the help of lukewarm water. And keep aside for 4 to 5 hour.
  2. After fry bhature in medium flame and serve
  3. Pulav-Heat 3 teaspoon ghee or oil in cooker add cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, black pepper pieces, bay leaf,stone star cook few seconds till the spice become aromat add wash rice and peas, paneer,black pepper mix proper add 1 cup water and salt cover the lid and cook until 2 to 3 whistles. And serve
  4. Chhole-take bowl add kabuli chana,and chana dal soaked 4 to 5 hour after use.
  5. Heat a presser cooker add kabuli chana and chana daal add tea bag, water and cover a lid or Cook until for soft 5 to 6 whistle on a medium heat and chole must be soft when cooked not and if chole aldente or is hard, then cooked for 2 more whistle.
  6. How to make chhole take a pan add 2 spoon ghee then add cumin seeds, tej patta, clove,black pepper, hing, dalchini and let the colour into turn golden.add ginger chilli paste,add tomato gravy and all spices (but salt not add now)cook until ghee releases, after add in chana mix well add water and salt cook 5 to 10 mint in medium flame and garnish coriander leaves.
  7. Amrakhand- take bowl add curd add sugar mix well than add mango and dry fruit again mix and serve

I was planning on two dry subjis, but cooked only one.
