  1. For sauce:-Heat a tablespoon of butter in pan add all-purpose flour and mix well.
  2. Add milk to this mixture. Stir continuously while preparing the mixture.
  3. It should be slightly thick and add boiled corn.
  4. When mixture will be thick take mixture in a bowl.
  5. Now add cooked rice, mashed potatoes, paneer, coriander leaves and all masala. Mix everything well.
  6. Add cheese, half bread crumbs and mix well.
  7. Assemble the mixture in small cube-shaped bites.
  8. Make slurry from maida and water. Soak the bites in flour mixture and then roll it in bread crumbs.
  9. Shallow fry the bites in a pan or you can also deep fry. Shallow from two sides till golden brown.
  10. Serve bites with ketchup or dip.
