  2. Heat butter in a pan. Add the onion & fresh chilli. Saute till translucent.
  3. Add the tomatoes & capsicum. Saute for a minute.
  4. Add the sauce and mix everything well.
  5. Now add the rice and give it a stir.
  6. Add all the dry spices. Combine everything well & stir fry for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with any grilled stuff.
