  2. In a nonstick cooking pot, heat cooking oil. Fry onions, bell pepper, garlic and ginger paste till done. Should take about 3 minutes.
  3. Add diced tomatoes and tomato paste. Cook till done.
  4. Add cinnamon powder and the cinnamon sticks. Then add a cup of water (or more depending on how much fish you are making) Also add milk at this stage.Add salt to taste.
  5. Bring to boil then add the fish. Let it simmer for about 7 minutes or till done.
