  24. Make ready 4 tbsp Fried split chana dal (optional) / bengal gram
  25. Prepare 1 Medium sized boiled potato diced (optional)
  26. Prepare 1/4 cup Salted boondi

  2. To boil pasta bring pasta to a rolling boil add oil and salt then add in the pasta and boil it when the pasta is ready rinse it with cold water and keep aside
  3. To make chaat in a big bowl add kurkure, pasta, chopped vegetables, potato, coriander, green Chilli, lemon juice, Black salt, cumin powder, fried split chana dal, salted boondi, nylon sev and the prepared red chutney
  4. Mix them all well together
  5. Take out on a serving dish garnish with some more coriander and sev and serve
