  2. Take 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions to make Nyama Choma:
  1. Place meat in a sufuria
  2. Add salt,black pepper,cloves and add water and bring to boil for 15 minutes
  3. Remove beef and place in a tray
  4. On a hot jiko place a grill
  5. Place boiled beef on the grill
  6. Turn beef preiodically to avoid burning. let for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Place in a wooden board and cut into sizeble pieces and transfer into a tray.
  8. Serve with hot ugali and kachumbari
