Now remove water from chana dal and add gud, sugar and ilaich powder and cook it till it become nice dry mixture. Then using puran machine make fine paste of it and keep it aside.
  3. Now just like paratha put stuffing in a dough roll it out and cook it from both sides using brush of ghee.
