The ingredients needed to make Instant laddu:
  1. Take ghee residue
  2. Prepare chapati
  3. Get sugar boora/gud powder
  4. Take cardamom powder
  5. Prepare black pepper powder

In this recipe we have avoided using jaggery or sugar to make laddus. For sweetness we have used dates to make it. The laddu tastes great with just these two ingredients. I have added crushed cardamom and pistachio for nice aroma and crunch.

Instructions to make Instant laddu:
  1. Torn chapati and put ir in a mixture jar. Blend it until you get powder of it.
  2. Heat a kadhai, take ghee residue in it and stir it constantly to get a smooth paste. Pour powdered chapati in it and stir it for 5 minutes.
  3. Switch off the gas and add cardamom powder and black pepper powder in it. Mix well.
  4. Now add sugar boora or gud powder in it and mix well. Make small size balls of this mixture.
  5. Instant laddu is ready to enjoy.
  6. As we use ghee residue in it so there is no need to add ghee. If you don't have ghee residue than you add ghee and make it. But when we add ghee residue in it, the taste is really awesome.
