  2. Boil your goat meat and stock fish adding salt, seasoning cubes, sliced onions and half cup of water
  3. Add your washed snail and kpomo and boil for about 5 minutes. Note that only little quantity of water which is the meat stock is needed to avoid a watery soup
  4. Add your blended pepper and crayfish and palm oil. Stir and allow to boil for 3 minutes
  5. Add your waterleaf and dry fish and stir and allow to cook for 2 minutes then add the nkong, stir and simmer for 3 minutes to avoid it being over cooked
  6. In a boiled water turned in a boil, add your garri and stir
