Instructions to make Chicken Sausage Pulao:
  1. In a bowl, add chicken sausages, lemon juice, turmeric powder and salt and marinate for few hours.
  2. Wash the rice till the water runs clear. Soak the rice in water for 20 to 30 minutes. Keep aside.

  10. Add in the water. Keeping the flame on high, let the water come to a boil. When the water boils, reduce the flame to low and cover and cook till all the water is absorbed and the rice is cooked. ie. For 12 to 15 minutes. Keep covered for another 5 minutes. Serve hot.
