  4. For the second coating, make a medium thick batter, by adding rice flour, corn flour, salt and adding few tbsp of water. Dip the half fried fingers in the batter, coat well, and fry them in the oil until they turn golden brown. Drain on a tissue and keep aside.
  5. Heat 2 tbsp oil in another wok/karahi, add chopped garlic and ginger and stir for a few minutes. Add the sliced onions and capsicum, saute for a few minutes. Don't overcook the veggies. Then, add red chilli powder, black pepper and little salt and sesame seeds, toast them.
  6. Now add soy sauce, green chili sauce, ketchup, and stir together. Mix corn flour with 1/4 cup water to make a slurry and add this to the honey mixture in the wok and stir for a few seconds till it thickens.
  7. Add the fried potatoes and honey spring onion greens and toss together so that they are coated evenly in sauce. Turn off the flame and serve immediately garnished with some more sesame seeds and spring onion greens
