Place Cat fish in hot oil carefully not to burn your self, (do not over crowd fish). Serve with TarTar sauce and lemon wedges on the side.

  2. Mix dry ingredients and place fish in dry mix
  3. Heat oil in a deep cast iron skillet
  4. Fry about 3 minutes each side

Place Cat fish in hot oil carefully not to burn your self, (do not over crowd fish). Serve with TarTar sauce and lemon wedges on the side. Dip again in milk, then in crumb mixture to coat all sides.
