  4. Add 1 chopped beet to a mixer jar and blend well. Add the cooled bread mixture to the jar & blend together.
  5. To make caramel add 1 cup sugar & 1 cup water to a pan & let it turn brown. Add the caramelized sugar to the base of mold in which we want to set the pudding.
  6. Then pour in the beet & bread mixture over it, tap to spread evenly & refrigerate till the pudding sets. Remove from mold, garnish with almond flakes, sliced banana and serve chilled.

Add milk and let cook on a low flame. It's done when a fork slides through easily. Scoop the thick cream from the top of the refrigerated coconut milk into a medium bowl.
