  1. Take 1 kg bread flour
  2. Make ready 120 grams butter or margarine
  3. Get 15 grams salt
  4. Get 130 grams sugar
  5. Take 20 grams yeast
  6. Get 70 grams skim milk
  7. Make ready 1 whole egg
  8. Get 1 bread crumbs
  9. Take 450 ml milk or water

  3. When the dough is ready transfer it to a floured surface and let it rest for 5 to 10 min.
  4. Then cut lengthwise about 3 inch thick and let it rest again for 10 to 15 mins. Cover it with plastic or bowl.
  5. Then punch the dough making it flat and make it long by stretching then fold into half then roll it using fingers and palm together and form a long baston.
  6. Then roll it to bread crumbs and cover and then cut into 1.5 inch thick using a dough cutter and place it into a baking tray, make sure there's shortening or margarine on your baking tray so that we will be able to remove the bread easily. Rest from 45 min to 1 hour covering it with plastic
  7. Then bake into the preheated oven, 10 to 15 min
