  1. In your blender, put the shallot, garlic and all the chilis in then blend everything until you achieve the red sambal paste.
  2. Prep your wok, put oil in, on low heat cook the sambal paste until fragrant add the fried hard boiled eggs, season well and add the palm sugar. Stir and gently fold until all the eggs are covered with the sambal.
  3. No step 3. You're done :) (althought this seems like a hot dish,guess what? Its not spicy at all).

Grind all the ingrediants for the sambal to a smooth paste. In a wok heat oil,Add in the sambal paste and cook till oil separates. Now add in the eggs and mix till well coated. Directions: To cook hard-boiled eggs, place them in a small pot with enough water to cover the eggs. Rinse them with cold water and take off the shell.
