  1. First for making boondi take besan in a mixing bowl add salt and water and mix it well to make smooth consistency.

  5. Meanwhile take curd add red chilli powder cumin powder and salt mix it till it’s lump free then add coriander leaves and give it a good mix.

  7. Now for tadka heat the oil add cumin seeds and red chilli crackle it and transfer it into the raita, mix it.
