  20. Take 1 tablespoon ghee

  4. Pour the mixture and put on a ring in the steamer fillwd with enough water to sit covered without opening.
  5. Steam closed on a low fire for minimum 25 minutes without opening.
  6. Cool it. Make the seasoning with the mentioned ingredients and garnish with roasted ccoconut and coriander.
  7. Serve hot cut into cuwith mint or tomato chutney!
