  1. Boil soaked chane for 45mins on sim in cooker.
  2. Knead maida with soda/curd and salt.keep aside in fridge.to be fried later.
  3. Soak coriander seeds and red chillies in 4tsp water fr half an hour and make a smooth paste in mixie.
  4. In kadai,heat oil nicely and add ginger garlic paste.
  5. Now add coriander red chilli paste.
  6. Then put pureed tomatoes and saute till oil leaves the sides.
  7. Add al the spices with salt.
  8. Put boiled chane to this gravy.Cook and cover it for 5-7mins so that the flavors mingles nicely.
  9. Garnish with some fresh coriander.
  10. Serve hot with bhature/kulche/rice, onions and green chutney
