  2. In a kadai heat enough oil to fry. With wet hand take small portion of the mixture, make small sized ball and fry them till they become golden brown.
  3. In a bowl take the curd, water, gram flour, salt as per taste and turmeric powder and mix well.
  4. In a pan heat oil. Add the dried red chilli, saunf, cumin seeds and hing for tempering. Then add the curd-besan mixture and allow it to boil.
  5. When boil comes check the seasoning then add the pakoras and some chopped coriander leaves. Cook for one more min.
  6. Finally kadhi pakora is ready to serve. Serve it with some steamed rice or roti.
