  6. Now prepare the sauce by heating up oil.
  7. Add in 2 cloves garlic, 1 green chilli and 2 tbsp spring onion. - saute on high flame for a minute.
  8. Additionally, add 1 tbsp chilli sauce, 2 tbsp tomato sauce, 1 tsp soy sauce and salt to taste.
  9. Mix well on high flame till the sauces gets combined well. - now add in fried vegetables and give a quick stir. - also add in chopped spring onions
  10. Finally, serve veg crispy hot as a starters or along with fried rice.
