  2. Heat oil in non stick pan, add garlic, spring onion white and capsicum and saute over high flame till the onion turn golden brown in colour.
  3. Add the mushroom and sauté for 1 min.
  4. Add soy nuggets and baby corn and saute for 2 mins. Cover and cook till veggies are soft.
  5. Add soy sauce, tomato chilli sauce, sugar and salt and cook for 2 more minutes.
  6. Add the spring onion green and cook for another minute. Serve hot with chapati.
