  1. Clean and cut bhindi in 1 inch size.
  2. Cut onion also medium size,then place the pan on the gas put one tablespoon oil let it get heated,transfer onion into the pan saute it till it is golden brown
  3. Then add dry gravy powder which is made from cashew peanuts,dry copra,seasame,melone coriander cumin dalchini,lavang black pepper,besan,mirchi powder,amchoor powder,all this things I roasted and then grinded to a fine powder for me this is a miracle powder)and salt to taste,fry it well
  4. After this add tomatoes stir it well
  5. When tomatoes start punchuring add okra(ie bhendi)
  6. Mix it well and keep it closed for ten mins so it will get cooked
  7. After ten mins bhendi is ready serve it with phulka,bhakri,roti or paratha or just have it with rice,dal.
