  1. Sub sy pehle sare sabit masale teez patta, badiyan ka phool, sonf, sonth, safeed elachi ko bareek pees lein aub is main red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt,kashmiri lal mirch, jayefal jaweti powder garam masala powder mix kar lein ye nihari ka masala ready hai side kar dein
  2. Aub oil garam krein aur gosht add kar ke bhone jab tak ke gosht ka colour change na ho jaye
  3. Aub ginger garlic paste add krein aur bhone 5 min tak
  4. 5 min ke baad gosht main jo nahari masala ready kiya tha wo add kar dein aur thora thora pani dal kar bhon lein
  5. Jab gosht ache sy bhon jaye aur oil alag ho jaye aur Khushbo and lage tu 5 glass pani dal kar slow flame par 2 hour ke liye pakne ke liye chor dein
  6. 2 hour ke baad jab gosht gal jaye tu atta pani main ghol kar nihari main mix kar dein aur mazeed 20 min dam par pakain
  7. Aub 4 tbsp oil main 1 choti piyaz brown krein phir us main 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli dal kar ye bhagar nihari par dal dein aur 15 min ke cover kar dein aur sath hi Flem off kar dein 15 min baad cover hatain delicious nihari ready hai garam garam tandoori roti aur lemon, hari mirch, hara dhanya, adrak dal kar enjoy krein
