How to make Crispy Baby Corn: Mix together maida, rice flour, corn flour, salt, lime juice, soy sauce and baby corn. Add some water, if required, to bind the ingredients. Deep fry the baby corn (coated with the maida mixture) until golden brown in color. The key to making good crispy corn is to pick & use corn kernels from the cob and not cut them with a knife.

    1. High micro baby corn with1cup of water for 6 minutes and then drain water.
  1. Then Add salt,red chilli powder,black pepper,cornflour and all purpose flour and then fry two times till golden brown and keep aside
  2. In remaining oil add chopped garlic and ginger. Saute.then add chopped onion. Saute for2minutes and then add capsicum. After another two minutes add sauces and 2 tbsp water. Then add fried baby corn.
  3. Then mix 1tsp cornflour into1tbsp water and pour into the pan. Add honey.
  4. Let it dry and serve hot
