Deep fry the parboiled baby potatoes. In a pan, heat two tbsp of oil and add chopped cashews. When lightly browned, add chopped ginger and garlic. Add capsicum, schezwan sauce, sugar and a dash of water.

  1. Preparation: - Marinate the baby potatoes with the marination ingredients and let it rest for 15 minutes in fridge.

  5. Mix well for a minute and add 1/4 cup of hot water in to it.
  6. Add salt; followed by the fried potatoes and Mix well for  a minute to coat the potatoes well with the sauce.
  7. Switch off the flame by sprinkling coriander leaves on top.Serve hot and enjoy the great taste.
